Hickory & Molasses Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Char Crust Hickory & Molasses
  • 8-10 slices of bacon
  • 3 slices cheddar cheese
  • Your preferred toppings

Directions:

  1. Divide ground beef in 3 equal sized patties
  2. Fully coat the patties with Char Crust
  3. Grill the patties for 2-3 minutes a side, until a nice crust forms, then move to the indirect side of the grill and cover until you reach your desired doneness
  4. Top the patties with 3-4 pieces of bacon, a slice of cheese and allow it to melt
  5. Serve on toasted buns with your toppings
