INGREDIENTS (for multiple servings, depending on size of brisket):
Brisket (size is up to you)
Char Crust® (choose any 2 flavors). We used All American Barbecue and Roasted Garlic Peppercorn.
Preheat oven to 300°F
Step 1: Place brisket in a pan. Note: You’ll use this pan for dredging, NOT for cooking!
Step 2: Dredge half of your brisket with one Char Crust® flavor. We chose Roasted Garlic Peppercorn.
Step 3: Dredge the other half of the brisket with another Char Crust® flavor. We chose All American Barbecue.
Step 4: Roast in oven for 1 hour at 300°F.
Step 5: Take the brisket out of the oven. Cover pan with aluminum foil. Be careful! Use oven mitts.
Step 6: Cook for another 2-3 hours, depending on the size of your brisket. Continue roasting at 300°F until internal brisket temperature reaches 185°F. Need a Thermometer? We have those, too! Click Here.
Step 7: Take the brisket out of the oven.
Step 8: Uncover and allow brisket to rest for 30 minutes before slicing and serving. 1 brisket, 2 flavors, perfect for picky eaters! Enjoy the applause.
