How to Use: Just coat your favorite protein with Char Crust (covering all sides), then cook (pan-sear, grill, airfry, bake, smoke, etc.).

Great for a change at the grill

I have been looking for your rub for about 30 years

I have been looking for your rub for about 30 years. The restaurant that I frequently went to would not tell me what it was and went out of business. Last December I found the restaurant owner's son and he told me about Char Crust (original hickory). Well that made my Christmas.
