I used the Char Crust turkey rub for Thanksgiving - it was amazing! I got a lot of compliments on the turkey, and the skin was so crispy that two people actually asked me if I'd fried it, when I cooked it on a pellet grill. Can't wait to try the other flavors.

Terrible rub for turkey

Very dry turkey and flavor was not anything I’ve ever tasted on a turkey. Waste of a $50 turkey.
