Char Crust® Roasted Garlic Peppercorn (or favorite flavor)

Ribeye steak

Favorite Veggies
-
Favorite Fruit

Oil
Instructions
Steak:

Preheat grill to 450 degrees.

Let steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Coat steak with Char Crust® Roasted Garlic Peppercorn (or your preferred flavor)

Add steak to preheated grill. Grill, flipping every 2 minutes until internal temperature reach 135 degrees for medium rare (or cook to preferred doneness).
- Let sit for 10 minutes.
Because Char Crust® creates a dark crust, we recommend using a meat thermometer.
Fruits and Veggies:

Chop up your favorite fruits and veggies. Mix veggies with oil and sprinkle with Char Crust®

While steak is cooking, add veggies and fruit to the grill. Cook for about 6-10 minutes, until veggies are tender.
