Ingredients
-
4 lbs chicken wings
-
~2 tbsp per lb Char Crust® Dry-Rub Seasoning
- Great flavors for wings: Southwest Chipotle, Amazin' Cajun or All American Barbecue
-
Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
-
Ranch or blue cheese dressing for serving
-
Carrots and celery for serving
Instructions
-
Use charcoal grill or preheat a gas grill to 350°.
-
Gently pat the wings with a paper towel to remove excess liquid. If using more than one Char Crust flavor, divide the wings into batches for however many flavors you have. Place wings in large mixing bowl, and toss in rub. For 8-10 wings use about 2 tablespoons of dry rub, enough to generously coat the wings. Repeat with other flavors if desired.
-
Place all wings onto grill, keeping them close together. Grill in total for about 20 minutes, turning the wings every 5 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165°.
-
Serve with fresh veggies, and your favorite ranch or blue cheese. Wings are delicious on their own too!
