Ingredients
• 3 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breast• 2 oz. your favorite Char Crust flavor
• Pita bread
• Fresh veggies (we like cucumber, tomato, and red onion)
• Tzatziki Sauce
Instructions

Heat grill to medium-high and carefully oil grill grates.

Slice chicken into bite-size chunks and thread onto the skewers.

Generously coat chicken kebabs on all sides with the Char Crust (this recipe uses Roasted Garlic Peppercorn), gently rubbing it in.

Grill chicken kebabs for about 5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Add pita bread to the grill, cooking each side for 30-60 seconds just to warm them up.

Serve grilled kebabs with warm pita bread, fresh veggies, and tzatziki, and enjoy!
