Whole Pork Tenderloin

2 Apples

1 red onion

Sage

Apple juice optional
Instructions:

Remove pork tenderloin from the refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking. Slice apples, red onion and chop sage.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees on convection.

Place parchment paper on cookie sheet. Place apples, onions & sage on sheet.

Pat down pork tenderloin with paper towel and coat with Char Crust®, covering whole tenderloin. Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle Char Crust® on the apples & onions.

Place tenderloin on cookie sheet. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees, about 30 minutes.

Drizzle with ½ cup of apple juice if desired at the end. Slice and enjoy
