Ingredients:

1 lb Small potatoes cut in half

½ tbsp butter

½ tbsp olive oil

Char Crust of choice (Rotisserie Roast is very good on vegetables)
Instructions:
Add ½ tablespoon butter and ½ tablespoon of olive oil to a cast iron pan. Get pan hot, add potatoes and sprinkle with Char Crust of choice.
Put potatoes cut side down. Make sure pan is medium/hot temp. Leave for about two minutes and turn. Add more olive oil or butter if needed. This will take about 15 minutes to cook.
Continue to turn every couple of minutes. Add a lid to help steam during the last 5 minutes. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and fresh herbs.
