Ingredients:
-
2 pork tenderloins
-
Oven-safe saute pan
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Let pork sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Fully coat pork on all sides with Char Crust and drizzle with olive oil.
Add one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of butter to a hot oven-safe suate pan large enough to hold both pork tenderloins.
Add the two pork tenderloins. Sear on all sides for about 6 minutes then transfer to the preheated oven.
Cook until internal temp reaches 140 degrees (about 10-15 minutes depending on the size of the tenderloin).
