Ingredients:
(Serves 4 to 6)

2 pounds of white and thigh chicken meat

Olive oil

Red peppers or vegetable of choice

Cherry tomatoes

BBQ sauce
Instructions:
Preheat grill.
Cut chicken into chunks. Cut vegetables into chunks.
Place chicken in a bowl and coat thoroughly with Char Crust All American Barbecue rub. Drizzle with olive oil and place chicken and vegetables on skewers.
Grill chicken kabobs on 450 degrees grill. Turn every two minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees, about 10 to 12 minutes depending on the size of the chicken.
During the last minute brush with bbq sauce.
Optional: Serve with grilled corn that has been seasoned with Char Crust® and roasted potatoes for the perfect summer meal.
