Dry spaghetti pasta ~8oz

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Instructions
Prepare pasta: Boil water in a large pot with a generous pinch of salt and cook pasta according to package instructions.
Prepare Chicken: Completely coat both sides of chicken breasts with Roasted Garlic Peppercorn Char Crust.
Heat olive oil in a large heavy duty pan over medium-high heat and cook chicken breasts 5 minutes per side or until cooked through (165 on a meat thermometer). Remove from heat and set aside. Alternatively, grill chicken breast.
Assemble: Place pasta in a bowl and top with olive oil, salt, pepper, feta cheese and fresh basil. Slice chicken and plate with the pasta.
